MS came up with touch screen PC to move away from mouse click device... cant make it sales go busted...
Then came to that handheld device and Nokia phone.
Apple pick up from there hoping can sell 500,000 phone a year only... hope only... to get into the communication handheld phone market with touch screen technology...
2 . Computer science uni teaches losely type JS coding during that time for UI use. Then also combine html5 to standardised UI technology.
3. Then during this time also teaches new PC games using html5 and JS coding.
JS jump up and down and collision coding create simple Mario html5 games for PC with new 32 bit CGI colours getting popular course in the CS school. Students try to sell their new games to PC market but was rejected.
So Apple iPhone with all the ingredients for html5 games add 50 games to the phone...
Students hack Apple iPhone and slipped in their games like angry bird and mario games make Apple phone sales popular.
People buy iPhones can to play these games on trains and buses and anywhere... with 500 types of games.... up from 50 games...
So saying Steve Job was a great inventor or visionary for iPhone was bullshit....
It's about timing and luck in business...
