that 13k income must be coming from being an employed slave. Stop this. do your own thing and flourish. Do not get married or buy a home if you didn't get this done.
Do not get a mortgage for your home and car. Pay all in one go from your profits of your business. This debt liability will suck your energy away. You have monthly toiletries and home/ personal stuffs to deal with and getting a year or half a year supply is enough to deal with.
Be women-free and dun create children out of nothing sensible. Build family properly being afford from your profitable business and passive income. or just stay women-free.
How many can do it?
After that it will become
Single income self-employment - 132,500 RM
After tax - estimate - 100,000 RM
house mortgage : 0RM ( All paid for)
SUV mortgage : 0 RM ( All paid for)
Kids: 12,000 rm or 0 RM if no kids
others 20,000 RM
Savings: 68,000 RM or 80,000 ( if no kids)
To achieve above, you got to get into your thing and learn from it until you reach the income level you want.

Buy RM1mil. House for what?
You need a pad near where the dance clubs are. That will be bukit bintang area. Just rent. Maybe RM2.5k. Every night new girl if got energy. Want food also easy. 24 hours a day.
