Ravi case - lawyer occupational health risk has back fired.

Every job has their own occupational health risk and we shall take note when we go to court.

Since one of them can picked on their own kind that Ravi had suffered from bi-polar health problem and cannot go court he has had open a can of worms for us to know the occupational health risk in the legal industry. We can use that.

1. The lawyers defending the opposition must have medical proof from the mental doctor that he is mentally fit to represent his client in court and did not suffer any occupational health risk when representing the case in court.


2. Judges must also carry medical report to proof from the mental doctor he is mentally fit to act as judge and did not suffer any occupational health risk that would affect his judgement.

3. All DPP lawyers msut also carry medical report to proof from the mental doctors he is mentally fit to act for the Police and did not suffer any occupational health risk that would affect his judgement.

Great, a can of worms has been exposed to us and now the legal industry has screwed up themsleves. We can use that.
