New chief executives to helm culture agencies of NHB, PA and National Art Gallery

There will be new chief executives at the National Heritage Board, People's Association, and The National Art Gallery starting from March 2013.
Chief executive of the National Heritage Board (NHB), Mr Michael Koh, 51, will relinquish his role and join the Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth (MCCY) as its Special Advisor (Heritage). Mrs Rosa Huey Daniel, 49, who is the current Deputy Secretary (Culture) at MCCY, will hold the concurrent appointment of Chief Executive (Designate) NHB from Friday and be appointed chief executive from March 1.
At the People's Association (PA), chief executive director Yam Ah Mee, 55, as earlier reported, will be moving to the private sector from March 31. Mr Ang Hak Seng, 52, who is the current chief executive of the Health Promotion Board will be appointed as chief executive (designate) of the PA on Feb 15 and as its chief executive director from April 1.
A new chief executive for The National Art Gallery has also been appointed. Ms Chong Siak Ching, 54, will take on this role on April 1 and provide strategic leadership to the Gallery which will open in 2015.
