The 3 couples (ie. 6 Singaporeans, 3 men + 3 women, aged between 20+ to 30+) had 350g of heroin, 450g of heroin and 900g of heroin respectively.

You be surprised a quarter kg can be reduced to less than 10g.
This method of defense was pioneered by the late subhas.
Anything below half kilos still got hope.....the traffickers just hope their supplier gave them lousy stuff.

Not true, leh. If they know how to sing like a bird to CNB, and the CNB likes what they hear, they will just end up with long jail term, no hangman.

If they keep mum like eh kow, and refuse to sing, death sentence is guaranteed.

Purity test only reserved for Caucasian lah. 1 kg also can become 14.9999999 grams.

Purity can be as low as 1% or less.
Hence at 1% purity, one kilo of heroin would contain only 10 grams of diamorphine (chemical name of heroin)

May get away with 5 to 20 years jail ......

Nowadays the term Singaporean is also used to described new citizens.
So for me I am curious about race AND previous citizenship of those involved in crimes.

I wonder if anyone in the PAP is even tracking the crimes committed by new citizens
I wouldn't be surprised if Sporeans now receive "special" treatment by the foreign authorities when they travel.
