must open up a CPFIS account with a bank, eg UOB, then can choose some of the unit trusts linked to REITs, if they have it.
can use OA or SA for purchase. noted that the choices using SA for purchase is limited.

Ahh! Unit trusts is like, all of us daily donating our savings to 'you know who wife & team', who will invest that in LONG, VERY LONG TERM INVESTMENT. When you ask, how come so low returns..oh!...it is for long term...

Better, if one have extra CASH..buy & sell & your own risk...
