Question : After you cook this blue lobster, will it turn red or remain as blue?

I remember reading crabs have blood which is copper based which makes it blue. Mammal blood is usually iron based so it's red.

Thats why horseshoe crab blood has been harnessed to derive a special blood protein for leukemia treatment
 
It depends on whether the lobster is vaccinated or not ? Or vaccinated but not having received a booster yet.
