Hello all. My friend from the UK is visiting Malaysia. He wants to buy a cheap used car in Malaysia and drive around exploring Malaysia and also drive into Singapore and Thailand. He will get a 90day tourist/visitor VISA. He ask me about the procedures for driving a Malaysian car into Singapore. I explained to him about getting the Autocard and a RFID reader and also applying for the VEP. However, he is wondering if he will have a problem driving back into Malaysia from SIngapore. He is wondering if he will be questioned at Malaysian CIQ as to why a tourist can own a Malaysian car. That is something not usually done by a tourist. Any bros have any input into this question?

If he prepared to pay $35/day just to have the car in SG after the 10th day ?
