Qn on penal code 509

If on irc. I PM a girl on irc after seeing that she joined #sex and asked if she is horny.

She says she is offended and will report to the police. I apologise many times but she says she is still offended.

Will I get charged in court? :(

At most you will receive a slap on the wrist.

My disgraced husband committed S509 and was sentenced to 19-weeks for taking upskirt - all while behind my back. That's the crux of the CPC.

But note that sentencing has certain tariffs and at which part of the sentencing process you PG matters. My advice: don't PG at 1st mention or heavier charges will be levied.
