俄羅斯一名27歲醫師米哈伊爾（Mikhail Tikhonov），日前受25歲女子妮娜（Nina Surgutskaya）邀請，到對方住處喝酒聊天，隨後兩人進一步發生性關係。在愛愛過程中，米哈伊爾驚覺妮娜是一名「變性人」，這讓他相當氣憤，當場把妮娜分屍，甚至還將她的屍塊放入烤箱烘烤，並沖入馬桶。

根據《每日郵報》報導，米哈伊爾在與妮娜愛愛過程中，發現對方是名變性人，竟當場將她勒斃，並靠著醫師專業把對方肢解分屍。冷血的米哈伊爾還因擔心屍塊有過多血水，還將它們放進烤箱烘烤，隨後再將其沖入馬桶中。

整起事件會曝光，是因為妮娜的媽媽發現女兒失蹤，才急得報警處理。事後警方追查到米哈伊爾，並在他的住處發現妮娜的頭顱，而米哈伊爾還在屍塊灑上大量鹽巴，企圖掩蓋屍臭味。

警方調查，妮娜過去在俄羅斯的註冊身分是一名男性，但後來改註冊女性，至於米哈伊爾接受過醫師專業訓練，卻藉此狠心犯下分屍案，恐將面臨至少20年的刑期。
