在6月6日-8日举行的第二十三届圣彼得堡国际经济论坛上，俄罗斯国家航天集团（Roscosmos）总裁德米特里∙罗戈津称准备与中国分享有关研制超重型运载火箭的信息，并提议两国联手打造月球基地。
