[环球网军事3月27日报道]据俄罗斯卫星通讯社3月27日报道，俄罗斯国防部新闻与大众传媒司发布消息称，俄罗斯与中国将于4月底至5月初举行“海上联合”双边海军演习。
俄罗斯国防部发布的消息称：“俄中两国海军将于4月底至5月初举行‘海上联合’双边年度演习。”消息中指出，中国海军代表团此前已经抵达圣彼得堡，两国代表于3月25日起磋商演习各阶段的筹备事宜。
报道称，在“海上联合-2019”演习期间俄中海军官兵将演练联合机动、通信、动用导弹和舰炮攻击海空目标，还将研究搜救保障问题。除了水面舰只外，中国海军航空兵和两国的柴电潜艇也将参演。
