ISIS is merely a symptom or the "FACE" of a disease called ISLAM which is an IDEOLOGY which cannot be conquered by military force alone or occupying a territory. There is ISIS, Al Qaeda, Boko Haram, Hezbollah, Hamas, Jeremiah Islamiah, Abu Said etc etc all of them MUSLIM

When you air strike an area, ISLAMIC REFUGEES will flow like water to other areas; notably into NON MUSLIM countries like rats spreading the BUBONIC PLAGUE. Just as one cannot tell the difference between a rat carrying the PLAQUE or one that does not, so it would be impossible to differentiate between a moderate muslim and a radical jihadist amongst the millions of refugees. There are women and even child suicide bombers amongst them, no military commander tell who is or is not a threat except that they are always MUSLIM!
