俄方称未来可能向中国出售苏35战机生产线

2014年5月28日，俄罗斯空军向位于契卡洛夫利佩茨克的航空中心交付了四架改进型苏-35S战机进行试用。其新编号分别为“01、02、03、04”。该批战机是最早交付俄空军的机型，后来经过空军试用后又返回阿穆尔共青城厂进行改进。最早这四架机的编号为“07、09、11 、12”。

历时两天的新西伯利亚科技论坛周五在俄罗斯新西伯利亚闭幕，俄罗斯政府副总理罗戈津表示，俄罗斯和中国在未来全球导航系统市场将成为强有力的竞争对手。

　　罗戈津认为，俄中加强定位系统的合作，战略意义重大。罗戈津指出，中国和俄罗斯GLONASS导航系统是目前世界上比较稳定和覆盖层面较广的定位系统，俄罗斯侧重于北半球，中国侧重于太平洋方向，且系统有互补性，双方可以创建导航系统规模最大，最有竞争力的市场，俄方巳发出合作邀请，俄罗斯正在等待中方回复。

　　此前，俄罗斯武器出口公司表示，俄罗斯总统普京在访问上海时，与中方领导人达成广泛共识，俄中双方国防部长将共同参加今年10-11月份举行的政府间军事技术合作会议，目前正在进行中的两笔最大交易即向中方供应四代半战机至少24架苏-35多用途歼击机和12个营以上的S-400防空系统，除此之外，双方关于联合生产“阿穆尔”级1650型静音潜艇相关事宜，即在中国境内制造2艘，同样在年內期侍最终合同签署，其中还包括俄罗斯研制的漂浮核电站以及用于水面水下舰艇改进型核反应堆。

　　俄专家认为，俄方还有意向中方出售航天器核反应堆，这种反应堆可安装在低轨的侦察卫星上作为永恒式推进能源。俄专家强调，导弹预警糸统也将是下一个双方军技交易的焦点，而反潜层面的军技合作是一个重要的方向和目标。俄罗斯苏霍伊联合航空集团总裁波戈相表示，过去，在苏-27合作过程中，俄罗斯向中国出售了生产线，而且出售了许可证，未来新机型的合作同样存在这种可能性，而且这种合作已进入民用航空器层面。

　　俄罗斯专家强调，两军之间的高度互信也体现到高层将领的互访，两国国防部长履职首场外访都是北京和莫斯科，总参谋长也是如此，今年六月和九月，中央军委委员、总装备部长张又侠、副总参谋长王冠中将相继访俄，继两国海军“海上协作-2014”联合海上演习之后，今年八月，"和平使命-2014”联合反恐演习将在北京军区朱日和诸兵种综合演习场举行，两军总长将共同出席。

All the news about Russia selling china su35 were of Russian source. .Not the most reliable news source. China didn't confirm that they are buying fighter jets. If the deal does go through it an indication that their own copy like J11B, J16 wasn't good enough compare to SU35. It even a sign that the current J20 n J31 project hit a snag and won't be ready soon.

There are speculation that china is only interested to reverse engineer the AL41 engine with TVC rather than the aircraft itself.

Cheaper made in China SU-35 can be affordable to many more enemies of USA. Iran for example can use oil to exchange SU-35 with China. Venezuela and Cuba as well.
