PA by its present is people, means the general interests of the people in Singapore, through the policies and funding approval from the government, to let the public comes together, rejoice and caring one another by organising various activities. It is also the interests of the government as non interference in PA so long as it it within the capacity and framework of people interests in healthy lifestyle and caring especially the aged and also the youth to inculcate good value.
