Not difficult to chance upon such a sight these days. I have seen PRC encouraging their kids to dump right on the beach in Sentosa swimming lagoon. Right in front, in full view of, the weekend crowd. I have also seen PRC changing their childrens' soiled diapers on the dining tables in Food Courts. Oh, the smell!!! Overpowering!!!
