Psycho hacks two foreigners in Shanghai

A middle-aged psychotic stabbed two foreigners yesterday in the city's Hongkou District.
The man surnamed Song attacked the two expatriates with a knife around 2:45pm yesterday at the corner of Sichuan Road N. and Wujin Road.
One victim was bleeding with a cut in his right ear and was kneeing down, while the barefoot attacker remained calm and abandoned the knife himself.
Both foreigners are employees of local companies and their wounds were not serious. One received stitches and is still hospitalized.
Police said Song was suffering from psychosis and he has been sent back to a mental health center.
