縣市首長避難姿勢照 柯文哲最標準

[新頭殼newtalk] 9月21日是台灣的國家防災日，內政部整合中央及縣市政府，強化救災作業程序，另推動防災週宣導活動、全國防空警報系統發布、海嘯警報試放、電視頻道播放重大災害緊急訊息等等，以提升全民地震防災能力。其中消防署建置的「台灣抗災資訊網」本週上線，內有不少閣員、縣市首長示範發生地震時躲在桌下的避難姿勢。
在台灣抗災演練網中，參與演練的內閣成員有教育部長葉俊榮、內政部政務次長陳宗彥、中選會主委陳英鈐、消防署長陳文龍；縣市首長包含台北市長柯文哲、新北市長朱立倫、屏東縣長潘孟安、嘉義市長涂醒哲、嘉義縣長張花冠、南投縣長林明溱、台南市代理事長李孟諺、彰化縣副縣長林明裕以及台中市祕書長黃景茂等等。
不過幾乎所有示範的首長，都在示範時抬頭看鏡頭，柯文哲完全把頭埋進去看不到臉最標準。內政部提醒，民眾應遵循「抗震保命3步驟：趴下（Drop）、掩護（Cover）、穩住（Hold on）」的要訣。

The Ministry of the Interior integrates the central and county governments to strengthen disaster relief operations, promote disaster prevention week campaigns, release national air defense warning systems, and tsunami alarms. TV channels broadcast major disaster emergency messages, etc., to enhance the earthquake prevention and disaster prevention capabilities of the entire population. The "Taiwan Disaster Relief Information Network" built by the Fire Department was launched this week. There are many cabinet members and county heads demonstrating the refuge posture under the table during the earthquake.
In the Taiwan Disaster Rehabilitation Network, the cabinet members participating in the exercise include Ye Junrong, Minister of Education, Chen Zongyan, Minister of the Ministry of the Interior, Chen Yingwei, Chairman of the Central Committee, and Chen Wenlong, Director of the Fire Department; the heads of the county include Taipei Mayor Ke Wenzhe, New Taipei Mayor Zhu Lilun, and Pingtung County Chief Pan Mengan, Chiayi Mayor Tu Xingzhe, Chiayi County Governor Zhang Huaguan, Nantou County Governor Lin Mingxi, Tainan City Acting Director Li Mengyu, Changhua County Deputy County Governor Lin Mingyu and Taichung City Secretary General Huang Jingmao and so on.
However, almost all the demonstration heads looked up at the camera during the demonstration, and Ke Wenzhe completely buried his head to see the most standard face. The Ministry of the Interior reminds people that they should follow the "3 steps of anti-seismic life-saving: Drop, Cover, Hold on".
