No children of foreigner should be given PR. They should decide on NS and PR themselves when of adult age. Even girls who don't need to do NS need. Their parents must bear the cost of the wait, not government subsidies and Singapore taxypayers money. Then later argue who should to do NS or not, refund or not. There's one post I can't remember from which thread or forummer, PR and foreigner can't be trusted with NS and firearms. Old uncle here fully agrees.
