Unfortunately, wife is now pre-menopause, and not very interested, otherwise, I would love to have it every other day, if once a day.

I am almost as fit as I was during NS, in terms of endurance, except may be now, my muscles are more defined as a result of muscle strengthening exercises using equipment at the gym.
