SINGAPORE: The proportion of Permanent Residents (PRs) buying Housing and Development Board (HDB) resale flats has gone down in the last few months

Are PRs citizens? PAP built HDB flats in the beginning for locals but somehow, nitwits in PAP Govt allowed PR to buy too. Why are PR allowed to buy subsidized HDB flats? The PR resell HDB flats for big profits and go back home to their countries to become landed property owners. Sinkies resell HDB flat, buy another HDB flat or camp at changi beach.
