URA website gives only past 1 year transactions, giving little information to people about prices in the past few years. I just wonder why.
Go to redas website: www.redas.com and go to e-property past transactions. You will see that the prices just 4 years ago were about half of what they are now. And during that time was just SARS/Dotcom bubble.
Now spore in worst recession since independence. Even the usual bullish civil service now damn bearish!
