Not yet. When property price goes up like a rocket to the moon, and even taxi drivers become property price forecast expert advising you that property is the best investment that can never come down, that is a tell-tale clear sign of the crash is coming.

The singapore market is controlled. Government has indirect control on it based on the policy they have. It will only crash due to external forces that is still holding up because everyone is printing money.
The crash will only come when the foreigner influx is reversed. Thus far no sign of it. In fact the upcoming population white paper will basically guarantee net inflow of 100 to 150 k immigrants per annum for next two decades. Get ready for 7 to 8 mil people in 2030.
People coming here are economic refugees. If no job, you bring them, where got money to buy expensive house? Rich one still buy good properties in the world.
Actually true. Most pinoys and prc come here to look for jobs not invest. You think given the difficulty imposed by the govt they will choose rental instead? If this is the case rental should go up.

If the property market crashes, the PAP will be thrown out of office. So, the PAP will prevent a crash at whatever cost until after the 2015 election. Then, it will have 5 years for the market to recover.
