Above appears to be launching very soon in Seri Alam. The specs are pretty average.

Very nice. How much is it?

No idea as it has not been launched yet but Seri Alam prices are not cheap nowadays. It is just some random landed launches that I have come across, and they are actually quite seldom seen nowadays. Most launches are still focusing on condominiums as developers are trying to clear them. The market is rather quiet and some sub-sale or re-sale property buyers are trying to low ball the prices.

Yes. A few landed project are on hold now, like the Glenmarie & P15 BDO.

Given the expected lull in property market, it might be better for agents to consider work in other fields than continue to dabble in property or engage in non-fruitful discussions in forums

Ask so much for what? As if you can afford it. You only know how to slag other developer property. Sheesh. Get lost. Be POLITE to others who have more rep points than you. Let that be a lesson to you.
