Promoting 2 child family cause problem!

All problem might cause by promoting 2 child family. Due to 2 child, all parent treat their child like king. All grow never learn how to become independent.
Less child also causing today manpower shortage and need to imprt too many FT. Causing uneasy among citizen.
ROOT cause 2 child policy.
