Progressive wage pays more than minimum wage!

The oppositions always wanted a minimum wage for our workers. Sure there are studies that minimum wage does not cause higher unemployment. But do they know that our Progressive Wage is actually better?

We have a minimum sum that allows the workers to progress with skills upgrades, career path with salary increment that leads to better productivity.

Minimum wage does not give them that. The poor will always stuck at the minimum wage since the employers are only obliged to pay that amount, unlike progressive wage which their pay will has to be risen since it is legislated.

The legislation for cleaners will be on the 1st of Sept. There will also be legislation for the security and landscaping sectors soon.

Progressive wage is also implemented voluntarily in other industries too.

Cleaning and security work is too complicated for the simple-minded sinkies that long suffering companies need the government to step in and teach those idiots how to hold a mop and check id cards. That is why sinkies need training to reprogram their blockhead brains, otherwise companies will have no choice but to hire foreigners. Lanjiao, progressive wage is for smart abled young people who can get promoted. The ones who get stuck at the lowest wages are those who have low IQ, old, disabled, and cannot get promoted. So forever these people get stuck at the lowest wage.

The minimum wage is meant for the most stupid people who can never get promoted to get more money.

I always wondered where and how the 'skills upgrades' which the Pappy always advocate applies to the toilet and table cleaner, security guards, garbage collector etc etc

Maybe they could clean more tables even if they are well over 65 years old if the Pappy advocates dangling $20 more per year for them rather than follow what the Pappy does for themselves to apply a 20% increase of their own salary each year with 24 months bonuses to go with it by talking more nonsense per year.
