Productivity in Singapore

Issue of Productivity:-

1) Public Transport operate from 5am to 1am. unproductive hour 1am to 5am and some 9pm to 6am. (excluding Taxi, LRT and MRT)

2) Offices operate from 8am to 6pm and from Monday to Friday. Charity And NGO Office operate from 7pm - 11pm and from Monday to Friday but Saturday and Sunday full day (9am - 11PM)

3) Food stall. 6am-7pm. Night Food Stall 4pm-3am.

Proposal

1) Private Public Transport Operator can operate like current Taxi system. Operate 3 shift or 2 shift with a same bus rental from a big company

2) Public Transport can operate 24 hours with 3 shift.

3) Commercial Office can share Meeting Room, Paperwork table, Customer Service Desk, Multi-purpose Hall and Reception Counter with NGO whereby their operation hour was different. They can used separate PUB meters. They can keep their P&C document at separate store room or at home. Some Direct Sales also operate like NGO working hour. (Property Agent, Car, Bike, Insuarance, Consume Products and so on)

4) Food stall can share common cooking area. Different working hour stall can share same serving counter. 3 shift work for same counter shall not a problem. They can used separate PUB meters. They can keep their storage in different store room

5) Rental paid into 3 parts. 7am to 7pm paid 2/3 of the monthly rental. 7pm to 7am paid 1/3 of the monthly rental. For 3 shifts: Morning Shift paid Day rate, Afternoon Shift half Day rate and half Night rate and Night Shift pay Night rate.

Why must cut Singaporean salary or employed cheap work holder to replace Singaporean.

a) all ministers & presidents take 50% pay-cut
b) pay cut / increment depending on annual economic growth
c) transport operators have set of KPIs, fare increment application dependent on fulfilment of KPI - made public. If did not meet KPI, fare reduction + fine.
d) reduce the number of ministers in prime minister office
e) hawker stalls rental to be kept minimum but with strict enforcement on subletting. if caught sub-letting, take back the stall.
f) open up the bus transport market - independent, niche providers can apply to start service but must adhere to certain service & safety level / standard. They can decide to ply niche routes or supplement routes currently ply by incumbent service providers.
g) scrap the pegging of electricity bill (powered by natural gas) to price of crude oil - this is a stupid link

Obama is learning from Gafar Baba, reduce currency rate and lay off workers and offshore the rest in China PRC. So USA do not need import from China PRC.

Our Singapore problem, we need more import rather than export. We are empty shell city.
