A driver was caught littering at the junction of Buangkok Drive and Sengkang East Drive.

Stomper Lau Lau alerted Stomp to a Facebook video of the incident, which took place on June 17 at 9.55pm.

In the video, a hand emerges from the window of a blue Toyota Sienta, throwing what looks like tissue onto the road.

The car was also found to be registered under the chauffeured private-hire scheme.

One reaction wrote: "Hmm… will there be a police report?"

Another said: "Chei... No wonder I always look down on you all."

Under the Environmental Public Health Act, those found guilty of littering face fines of up to $2,000 for their first conviction, $4,000 for their second one, and $10,000 for third and subsequent convictions.
