I think this is the "list " price. the actual price will be alot lower, and the final transacted price much lower.

I was there at the Yishun library...I notice there are choppers flying around..It is the Sembawang airbase nearby.

Then I realise why the project only has 10 storey as their maximum height.

if leasehold, then the wingtai tanpenis road freehold condo look more value than this yishun project.

if I not mistaken, a 3 bedrooms ard 98sqm is ard $1.55m at wingtai tembusu is more worthwhile.
