Sky high cost is actually not related to Good Standard of living....in fact, it only mean our purchasing power has eroded drastically
If our purchasing power is reduced so drastically, we have to work harder, longer hours or even take on a second job or do side gigs in order to survive. That adds to our stress, fatigue, pressure and mental health woes.

But to 70 4% agreed purchasing power erosion is good as it is due to Swiss Standard of living, simply because media say so
 
I used to think feeling low was just part of adult life until things got worse and I couldn’t focus or sleep right. My friend told me to talk to therapist, and even though I was skeptical, it actually helped me figure things out. Talking to someone who isn’t family or friends made it easier to be honest without feeling judged. Sometimes that outside perspective changes everything.
