looks like a military training session to me. you got to kill the pig before you gut them right? i don't see anything wrong with that. there is another cruel way to kill pigs, that is to slit the throat of the pig, and let the blood drip out in pails... now that is true torture... which is currently done in meat packers, or in some other cases, using a sharp pointed spear to shoot through the head of the pig (but as you know PIG brain is a good source of lecithin, so not to damage the brain, throat cutting is preferred)

besides, all of us is guilty when we eat meat... take a look at this movie, FOOD INC. see the horrors for yourself.
