When I was in Hong Kong the last few days, while travelling around Lantau island I saw parts of the super long bridge in the sea linking Hong Kong to Macau and Zhuhai. That is an impressive sight, the bridge in the sea that stretches about 30 km long.

Hardly surprising. China has a greater total length of bridges than any country in the world. Its total high speed rail distance is longer than the rest of the world combined. It has also the greatest length of tunnels in the world.

All the engineering superlatives used to belong to the US (or Europe). One by one the Chinese are claiming them.

Replace PAP w CCP and all the MRT public transportation issues will be history within months.

surprised no chinese dog has come in here to say the bridge sucks or will collapse.

no big deal.............. they even re located a bridge in Shanghai in half a day decade ago
