A woman in Hong Kong, who did not have enough money to pay for her taxi ride, has offered to perform oral sex for the cabbie.
She was also alleged to have taken the driver's cellphone after he rejected the offer and chased her out of his vehicle.
Liu Wuxiu was convicted of soliciting sex, indecent assault and attempting to pervert the course of justice at Kowloon City Magistrates' Courts on Monday.
But Magistrate Ronald Cheung Wai-tat found the 45-year-old from China not guilty of stealing the cellphone.
According to the charge sheet, Liu and another female friend took a taxi from Waterloo Road to Tai Wai about 3.45pm on Dec 29 last year.
Later, they told the cabbie they only had HK$50 (RM19.40), which was not enough to pay the fare.
Liu offered to perform oral sex for the driver, 47, in exchange of a free ride, but he rejected her.
Despite this, Liu took off her clothes and touched the driver's genitals, chest and cheek, while the friend urged him to accept Liu's offer.
The driver ordered the women to get out of his vehicle immediately.
Liu and her friend paid HK$18 (RM7) and alighted at Kowloon Tong.
The driver later found that his cellphone, worth HK$1,500 (RM582), was missing. He drove around the area and caught the women, but Liu's friend managed to escape.
The driver called the police despite Liu offering him HK$2,000 (RM777).
Cheung adjourned sentencing and ordered Liu to remain in custody.
