PRC's rocket technology is no less than US & Russian in terms of space race. The PRC's version of Sunburn is there, and launching tube compatible with some existing lower end models. They are not deploying them regularly, but when conflict level rise the better weapons will be deployed.
PRC won't call that fleet their #1 sharp sword for nothing or fit in a no-bang missile into the launch-tubes, the usual deployments are considered as training ammos, or intelligence decoys. When conflict has began, the real cutting edge will replace the lower end decoys.
I believe these speed boats are capable of nuke tipped missiles, but also not normally deployed. Their publicity photo shows missile similar to harpoon only. I think that is just for training, not war. When US fleet needs to be sunk then nuke tipped (tactical warhead) and anti-close-in-defend (shield penetration Sunburn class) missiles will be placed into the launch-tubes.
