HDB taking action? haa.. you wanna know how inept they are? I sabo this chinaman who rent from this sinkie a flat and sublet to 19 other Chinaman with $1500 profit monthly.
You know how HDB investigate? They call up the owner the sinkie and arrange for a timing to drop by to "spot check" ( huh? )
one of my ex workers was living in this flat and he and others were told to GET OUT of the flat to nearby parks to sleep for 2-3 hours while HDB staff descend to check. Of course, what do you see? Those jokers see about 4-5 Chinamen. No one else.
6 months after my sabotage, this chinaman is still earning $5000 a month at least ilelgally subletting flats out and my ex-worker is still living there.
talking about efficiency. suck my teste lah HDB

I know of someone who has a jumbo in woodland. You know how many chinamen he rents his 7 bedroom jumbo to? A whopping 50+. No joke.
And how he got caught was not because of sabotage but one of this illegal chinaman was caught for an offence outside and he led the police inside this jumbo

They actually rented a flat in Woodlands for about $1800 and sublet it out to 18 other PRC workers @ $180 each, well above the limit of 8. And nothing is being done when I comprained to HDB.
