At the moment, absolutely no country in the world can build and launch new naval combat fleets as big scale and fast as PRC. New warships of Chinese navy are pouring into the water now like dropping dumpling into boiling hotpot ???:

latest concept is to have ships and carrier (some un-maned) that launches all sorts of missiles rapidly, for smaller ships, 100 missiles per min, for larger ship 1000 missile per min.
Missiles from ships are these days launched vertically from tubes with a hatch opening on the ship deck, it pops open and pop up a missile into the air. The missile can be anti-aircraft, anti-ship, anti-missile, anti-satellites, anti-submarine or land-targeting. Satellites or high flying AWAC type radar planes track positions of moving targets.



The concept does not worry counter attack sinking the floating missile base, as it could be un-man vessel, or already quite empty vessel within a min into very fast striking action, there isn't much impact nor tactical value to try to sink them.
 
The chinks don't have a reputation for accuracy. I doubt they could hit a wall at 100m, let alone an aircraft career hundreds of miles away.

Chinese missile precision exceed Russian and USA currently world top. Tiny satellite size less than a dining table in space hundreds km from launching point, moving faster than MACH5, struck direct impact.

Their chinkie Beidou satellite system is not as good as our GPS. Chink missiles will miss their targets!

Wrong! Chinese missiles no longer need any GPS type navigation aid for global accuracy, their own unique breakthrough using laser gyro, better than 4 meter accuracy, to any target on earth. Russia & USA & EU still have no such technological level. Gyro inside the Chinese missiles just know it's own position any time very accurately, without depending on any external guides. You can not jam GPS or turn off GPS to misguide Chinese missiles. In Iraq wars many USAF Tomahawk cruise missiles went way off targets because Saddam has Russian GPS jammers. Iran also jammed US missiles misleading Tomahawks to Kuwait.

No country in the world could dream to intercept nor dodge thousands of missiles per minute. This capacity is overwhelming by huge multiple fold margins. When you can launch that many at the same time, your enemy is much more than saturated in responding, and next minute be wiped out by missile impacts.

BEIJING, China—China has created three new military bodies as part of reforms to modernize its military—the world’s largest standing force—and improve its fighting capacity.

State television on Saturday showed President Xi Jinping giving military flags to the leaders of the three new units—a general command for the People’s Liberation Army, a missile force and a strategic support force. At the ceremony, which took place Thursday, Xi and PLA officers and soldiers sang the national anthem.

Xi said the three new units were created as part of a modernization reform and “to realize the Chinese dream of a strong military.”

He has promulgated the idea of a “Chinese dream” involving “the great renewal of the Chinese nation” and sees a strong military as key to this.

The military reform comes as China has become more assertive in pressing its claims to territory in the East China Sea and South China Sea, increasing tensions with its neighbors.

In a bid to show China poses no expansionist threat, Xi announced in September that he would reduce China’s 2.3 million-strong army by 300,000 troops. However, it will still remain the world’s largest.

Described by Xi as a “core force of strategic deterrence,” the PLA Rocket Force will replace the Second Artillery Force in controlling China’s nuclear arsenal and conventional missiles. The new Strategic Support Force will likely focus on cyber warfare.

Other reform plans include phasing out old equipment and developing new weapons systems.

The reforms also tighten the party’s leadership over the army. It used to be supervised by four headquarters, while now the army’s general command is controlled directly by the Central Military Commission, whose chairman is Xi.

The military has been the focus of an anticorruption campaign spearheaded by Xi. The two highest-ranking officers to be accused of taking bribes were vice-chairmen of the Central Military Commission.
