Sigh.... still have not ling jiao those crafty and unreasonable PRCs yet. They can argue with you until cow come home; policy didn't say can, policy never say cannot, or any loop holes they can find to justify their actions or inactions just because they want it their way. Typical type where you are polite to them, they try to climb over your head. We "graceful" sinkies still have not learn how to deal with them...sigh. More to come IMO.

They can argue for hours, using absurd logic.
