中国沈阳的一名房地产发展商，通过经济发展局（EDB）所推出的全球投资者计划（Global Investor Programme）成为本地永久居民。他称在2012年4月10日与基金董事经理李华见面，两人当时签署认购表格和同意书，投资额有150万新元。商人称李华当时告诉他，投资是个保本计划，怎料商人在5年后才发现，原来投资不保本，最后只取回22万4510元。商人称被误导，入禀高庭起诉李华。（报道：李耀文）
