Was having breakfast at the Toa Payoh hawker centre this morning when decided to join a group of residents for some TCSS.

One of them whose neighbour's flat was rented out to one FTW, a PRC FT representing Singapore in table tennis related this incident. The PRC players had a meeting one evening at the neighbour's flat and as usual they were talking loudly everyone on that floor could hear what was said.

The 2011 SEA games and some world table tennis event is being held late this year and the dates clashed. The PRCs dun want to go compete in the SEA games but want to go to the world event instead. So they decide to boycott the SEA games and even told the STTA that they will quit Singapore and return to PRC if they were forced to compete in the SEA games.

Muahahaha....... FTs bite the hands that feed them :p

Bro, someone misunderstood the conversation. The price pool covers SEA games. The PRC team is guaranteed of the price money under the medal scheme. They are actually upset as they are losing money. There are talks going on to solve this and this only one equation. The other problem is Chris Chan of SNOC.
