The below letter is self explanatory.
The dialysis clinic is

To: Dr Lim
My Mother, XXXX is a regular patient at your dialysis clinic.
On 23th November 2013, after her dialysis session at your clinic, while waiting for my uncle to fetch her home, she was left unattended in one corner of your clinic, with wounds not properly covered causing her to bleed profusely. When my uncle arrived at the clinic to fetch her, he was scolded by 2 of your staff nurse for not coming earlier to fetch my mother when my uncle was not even late and he turn up on time. The staff nurse at your clinic blamed the lack of manpower for the reason my uncle have to turn up early to fetch my mother.
Another unfortunate incident that happens regularly is that your staff nurse not covering my mother’s wound properly and asking my family members with no health care training to press her wound with cotton when their hands are not sterilized.
Sad to say, but your staff nurses fails terribly as healthcare professionals. Any human being with a conscience would not have ignored another person when he/she is bleeding profusely. The lack of manpower is not an excuse to leave my mother in a corner of your clinic unattended. This goes to show your staff nurse are not only heartless human beings, they do not deserve to be a healthcare professionals at all. My mother does not deserve any of the inhumane treatment by your staff nurses and the scolding which my uncle received.
I got a rude shock that your staff nurses ask my family members to perform medical procedure on my mother after her dialysis. This is completely outrageous and a disgrace to all medical professionals. Even medical professionals in the third world country or in a war zone area are fully aware that sterilization is the most important medical procedure. As a doctor, yourself, you should know the risk of infection. Your staff nurses are either downright lazy to do it or they simply are not bothered at all.
As I end this letter, I want to say your staff nurses do not deserve to be healthcare professionals at all. I demand a public apology and the termination of their services from your clinic.
