Think again, GE 2016 is not faraway, perhaps PAP may also call it earlier.
This is a burning issue, do you think they would want to lose more next GE ?
Furthermore do you trust this current Govt saying some like that ?
Look around you, everywhere is crowded, the road traffic is getting worse than HK, Taiwan, etc.
Do anyone got the exact number of residents in Spore ?
Telling you now is like covering their assholes so 3 years later, population will not be an issue.
Also, increasing population without parliamentary debate is something common in Singapore.
Next Parliamentary debate will see many PAP MPs ranting about it without knowing the target already reached.
