Full-time security guards work 72 hours per week. So yeah, we really want better working hours.
But if our hours get cut, our pay will see a dramatic decrease. That's because when we work a 12-hour shift, the last 4 hours are considered overtime. If those 4 hours are gone, then the pay is really like peanuts... :(

Yup, same for cleaners. Basic pay is very low. Need to work lots of OT.
