He is probably some small scale business boss who reaped Town council funds to do work in Punggol East. The lost of his MP means the lost of his business. Must be quite devasting for him and family who relied on PAP for suvival. There are many such individual all over Singapore, if you see a woman shed tears over PAP lost, you should find out her background for deeper understanding of why such drastic reactions.
