I used to work in the states and i know that when someone is arrested the prosecutor has to
bring the charges against the person for misdemeanor within 45 days or for felony within
90 days from the arrest time else all charges are dismissed.

For singapore what is the time limit?

I only know for NEA its 90 days to bring charges or thrown out

What about ICA, HSA and etc?

What are the respective time limits, anyone knows?

If you know some big shot in the PAP, you will never be charged.

No, but i know some who are have apparently fled to LOS, lol

But back to the main question it would be good to know your rights

For criminal charges, no time frame. CPIB is well known to charge their accused months after arrest. Some on CPIB bail for 2-3 yrs. No charges in the end.
