Police seeking assistance in ATM thefts

Police are seeking the help of the public to identify the man in the photograph above.
The man is needed to assist in the investigations of several cases of 'theft from ATM' in Serangoon.
He is believed to be in his 50s, fair complexioned and balding.
On May 8, he was spotted wearing a black-white-orange striped polo shirt with beige Bermudas and a pair of brown sandals.
On 15 May 2012, he was seen wearing a purple striped polo shirt with light-coloured Bermudas and the same pair of brown sandals.
