Police seek man last seen at Marine Parade

Police are appealing for information on the whereabouts of Mr Desouza Mark Francis, who was last seen at Block 5000M, Marine Parade Road, on April 22 at about 11am.
He is 1.71m tall, with a fair complexion and black hair.
The plump man was last seen wearing a dark-blue collared T-shirt with black stripes, and a pair of dark-coloured trousers.
