Police are appealing for information on a man and a woman to assist with investigations into a case of loanshark harassment reported in the vicinity of Jurong East Street 21 on Jan 25.
The woman was last seen wearing a striped T-shirt, a pair of blue shorts and carrying a red handbag. The man was last seen wearing a dark blue short-sleeved shirt, jeans and carrying a black sling bag.
