Police seek help with shop theft investigation

SINGAPORE - The police are looking for a man to assist them with their investigations in a shop theft that took place along Upper Dickson Road on Oct 15.
The theft occurred at about 5.20pm and the man was last seen wearing pair of sunglasses, a white long-sleeved shirt, and blue trousers. He was also seen carrying a dark-coloured haversack.
