Police are looking for him to assist with investigations into a case of outrage of modesty on a west-bound MRT train on Jan 9 at about 2.45 pm.
The man is described to be a male Chinese about 1.70m tall.
He was last seen wearing a white polo tee with orange collar, and striped black and white cardigan, and a pair of grey pants, and carrying a grey haversack with orange trimmings.
