Police looking for the witness to a theft

SINGAPORE - The police are looking for the man in the photos above to assist with investigations into a case of theft in dwelling reported along Tampines Central 1 on May 26, 2013 at about 7.47 pm.

The man is believed to be Chinese, in his 20s, about 1.75 metres tall, of stout build with slightly long hair, with tattoos on both biceps.

He was wearing a black cap with a 'BOY' logo on the front pink background, a white T-shirt with Levi's logo, grey three-quarter pants and black shoes.
